I think if you were going to be using this on the daily for moving around medical devices, I don't think it will hold up over time. If this is something you're using to keep organized tools that are used less frequency, then I think this is a reasonable choice, especially at this price point.
I would say that I might have liked to see an extra row of stitching along the elastic belt meant to hold smaller items. Single row of stitching seems like a recipe for failure over time. In that same piece, to me, the elastic band has been stitched in a bit tight. If you look at the photo from the listing (my second photo, which is a snapshot including manufacturer measurements) the elastic is relaxed enough that it seems like you could slip something in there reasonably quickly, but the one I received is tight enough that it's some work to get things in that banding.
The general finish quality is more of a medium with things like some portions a bit crooked (photo 3). But again, at this price point, I think it's a good choice. The shell itself is hard enough to protect the contents. It's all a matter of how long the zippers and stitching hold up.
